I was told I would get a call when my car was ready. It never happened. Took my car in around 10:40, I called around 3 and left a voicemail, no call back. I went in around 4 to pick it up and it was done, looked at the paper work and it said it was done around 3:30. Not even the cashier called when she got the paper work. I was just upset, that I was told I would get a call and I waited and never happened.

Well I can't believe I'm writing a GREAT REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY BUT THEY REALLY WERE GREAT. SEAN was our salesperson and he worked hard to get us a deal because we aren't the easiest to deal with when we are spending money for a vehicle. (We hate car shopping) We drove 1.5 hours to look at this car and it was everything they said and they made spending a lot of money fun.. just felt they deserved a shout out.Ok. Today I have to add another shout out to this dealership. We needed help on some titlework and they went through hoops to help us out. Loving the fact we found these guys. Thanks Garrett.

First, i live in Texas and my parents live in Enid. One of my teenage daughters needed a car and we had been searching for something reasonable and in good condition (the reasonable part is difficult to find these days). My parents told me how well they were treated by this dealership when trading in their car for a new nissan truck so my daughter and I made the trip to Enid. Let me tell you, this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! Gregory, my salesmen, and Randy, the owner, were awesome! Just walking in and talking to those who work there, you get the immediate feeling they are honest and fair with their customers. That feeling turned out to be correct. My daughter drove two of their used cars and decided on one of them. This car was in great condition, priced fairly (believe me, I did my research first), and negotiations were straightforward and painless. From negotiations, loan approval, signing paperwork and leaving with the car took, no kidding, less than two hours. I don’t know what experiences others have had, but I’ve honestly never ever had that happen! EVER! Gregory and Randy were genuinely caring and ensured everything ran smoothly from beginning to end! I cannot sing their praises enough and told them, despite my living in Texas, that as long as they are there, they have a customer for life! No exaggeration whatsoever, if I’m in the market for a car, they will be my first stop!

All of the service staff are amazing. They’re always so willing to help you with any need that you have. Corbin, Dalton, and Harmony as well as their mechanics are amazing at what they do.

This was my third Nissan Dealership that I have been to in Oklahoma and this was the best one by far. Brett Stopp was very helpful and introduced me to others that work there. The service department was great and even did an oil change that I did not schedule for but was needed. It was a wonderful experience and a breath of fresh air. They are my Dealership from now on!Thank You!!

The transparency and people are great. Greg McCormick worked very professionally with me. No pressure and very transparent with the pricing. Gave me an out of door number right of the bat, which is always appreciated from the customer viewpoint!Unfortunately, the car was not a fit for me. Nevertheless would recommend for the smooth experience!

Nissan USA is paying for an engine replacement in my 2019 Pathfinder. Got it all lined up and an appointment scheduled, only to get a call the night before the initial appointment date “can we push your appointment back a week? our tech who was supposed to work on your car was sick the previous week and he is still working on a project” I said sure. So we drop my car off on May 19th, we were told the job would take 2-3 weeks and here it is working on the 4th week and my car has just now been started on… needless to say we are very unhappy with the whole process of dealing with Stuart Nissan of Enid! They promise to have it done by the end of the week… we’ll see.

As a mom of two small kids, I was well taken care of by a kind, caring staff of Nissan experts. My needs and concerns were heard and I was lead to several safe and beautiful options that were affordable for my family. The managers, Rusty and Garrett worked above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. The staff here love their jobs and care about more than a sale- they genuinely care about the people they serve.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. The salesman was very thorough going over all of the features on the car. The sales manager followed up and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

A definite miss understanding on the we owe oil change program after being told at the time of purchase I would have the same oil change plan as the first car we bought there. Some how after driving an hour to receive the first oil change I found out that the oil change program paperwork was not done or it was a switch I am not sure, but there was no program in place. I admit it was a mistake I did not catch on paper review I had put faith in the salesman’s words. My mistake. However it has soured my experience there. If I recommend anyone to your business I will caution them to this ordeal.

I live out of town and own a Nissan. I lost my keys and was in a major bind. The service department went out of their way to help me. They got my key code within mins and were essential to getting me a new key. Awesome service!!
