I've worked in sales many years. One thing you should never do is over promise, and under deliver. Zero customer service. I've watched as the so called manager; the Asian one, dismiss customers. The other manager; the white one is no better.

We were at the Mailroom to send a fax and the clerk was fast and knowledgeable about what was needed. The cost was actually less than expected.

Little bit of a Ross junkie, always find more then I need but can't walk away from a great deal!! Their summer clothes are out and the prices are great!!
