T&C Meats offers delicious sirloins and tender ribs that fall off the bone. They cook and smoke meats on Saturdays. The steak queso is excellent and a great option for events. The max and cheese braut is top tier. T&C Meats has a variety of meats, but may not have all items, such as uncooked beef bones, available. Overall, it is a great place to go for meats.

Was looking for waygu steaks, and knew it would be a long shot if they had it. I settled on two very nice sirloins. They were DELICIOUS! Going back this week for some more!

All I can say is. I bought ribs on a Saturday. They cook and smoke meats on Saturdays. Talking about falling off the bone. Yes!!! So tender, they fell off the bone in 1 bite.
