Went in for some hats to be stitched a while back. Got half the order wrong (wanted gold stitching, not white)After calling in to remind them on several occasions I never heard back. Good work when done right. But if it's not the way you want don't expect them to take a loss and make it right.

They did a special project for me, just a few items. Turned out great. didn't have to be sent out to another vendor. the Staff was amazing and great to work with. Plus it was FAST! We will be back to use them again. support small businesses!
