From 1 to 3 because our mail lady is awesome! When we have a sub on our mail route it's a crapshoot if we get our parcels or not. The women at the mail room are top notch helpful. But I'm telling you, watch out for that Jim Varney look-alike. I wish I could be more accurate and give a name but she was the only one with a jacket over her name tag. How convenient. Watch out for her. She will threaten you with the authorities if you do not have all you i's dotted and your t's crossed.

The Enid post office has changed the way they deliver packages. I used to always get them between 11:30 and 1:00 and never had any issue. But now they just deliver the mail at that time and my packages come later. I'm sitting here at 6:00 and still have not got my packages that was supposed to been delivered today that was supposedly out for delivery at 6:30 a.m. this morning. This policy needs to change back to the way it was. I can't wait till 6:00 to get packages that I use at my work. I need them by noon. That's the reason I get them delivered to my house because they never get to my store before I close. The post office in Enid has a number of issues that need to be resolved.

So a husband and wife run my route and started to demand that people with dogs get a mailbox on the road. I feel like somewhere in mailman training school, they definitely express how much dogs are probably going to be involved in their career. Call me normal, but I personally wouldn’t take a job with a description that I disagreed with. Also, you might have jurisdiction to be able to legally get into my mail box. However, it’s not legal to write up a personal note and put it in a mail box. Should’ve stuck it on the door. See you soon.

They sent my package to the wrong address and instead of trying to send it to the correct one after realizing this, they decided to just send it back instead of sending it to me

Rude & unprofessional! That old lady with the red head. I had to make 2 passport appointments that would’ve handle simply within 10 mints. I feel like whenever we go to her she doesn’t want to help us due to our color!!

Put my mail in the wrong mailbox and proceeded to insist I had my package because their system said it was delivered. Thank God I have good trustworthy neighbors otherwise I would've lost over $100 in packaging.

It's the USPS, it is better than the Pony Express ? as you know you can send and receive packages, mail, you can purchase shipping containers, labels, packaging, etc as well.

We are lucky if we get our mail once a month. And when your disabled and on social security you get a lot of important mail. THIS HAS TO CHANGE !!!!!!!!

The employees here aren't big on ever taking responsibility for mishaps out of negligence on their end. I've ordered live products multiple times and it's always a catastrophy at this location trying to get them to follow shipping or pickup procedures as opposed to other regional USPS facilities, and when they realize their fault they get extremely defensive regardless of how kind you are in the face of inconvenience. It's disappointing because this is the most local facility

Sent a card to my sister with a 100 in it. I know you shouldn't send cash but no issues in the past and it never made it to her, so make sure you send a check or money order because they may keep it, or not make it and as of today 1 month later it never arrived!
