The scripts there are way more affordable, and they do have a drive through if I don't have time to go inside.

Always had great prompt attention to services and detail through the Pharmacy here at Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I know there are times they feel overwhelmed, but the keep going. I've seen them at their busiest times and everyone is doing there jobs taking care of customers.

Discrimination by robby lou in the pharmacy and by the store manager who said her name is Teagan. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I attempted to purchase insulin syringes, recited my prescription, offered to show it to them, offered to show them my insulin even and they refused to sell me insulin syringes trying to force me to transfer my prescriptions to their pharmacy.

Been using this place for over a year - they never have my prescription in stock (even when I order in advance) so I have to wait 3-7 days for it to get there, no notification, no update. I’m finally fed up and taking my business elsewhere.

This is the Duelist Walmart in town, and it still has that new Walmart smell. But if you're looking for a good Pharmacy, Walmart does an excellent job of filling prescriptions quickly and accurately. They also cost less than many other pharmacies, and they also have prescription plans for people on Medicare. If you need a good Pharmacy, Walmart is pretty darn good.

They're very friendly, I appreciate it when pharmacy staff take an interest in their customers. They know more about the medications you take that your doctor does, so these people are an important link in your healthcare. Some of their policies aren't exactly patient friendly. For example, I take a very specific pain med. If they don't have the exact quantity of the script, they won't give you what they do have and owe you the rest. It takes about 3 days for them to get the rest. This doesn't make one bit of sense to me. My previous pharmacy frequently did this as they would rather owe me than me do without this medication. I don't have a stash of extra's... i am prescribed a specific amount and I follow the instructions...so a 3 day wait is really unreasonable. I'm not sure what the cause is for such a rigid policy, but good documentation should prevent ANY problem.c I sign for 50, you owe me 100... Tada. In 3 days i come in for the remainder, they look at what they owe, i show my drivers license...how can that be a problem? So...if walmart wasn't the preferred pharmacy on my insurance, I'd return to Family Pharmacy where I have gone since I was in High School. If I ever have to go a day without the only pain medicine that has controlled the bone pain in my legs ..again. I'll have to work it out with my insurance to put Family Pharm on their list. Today's medicine and technology is so advanced, there's no excuse good enough or reasonable enough to prevent a paying customer from having the meds they need when they need it. Longest wait for meds not on hand at FP ... As long as it took one of their drivers to get to one of their other pharmacies and to get the "owed" meds...next day. Step up your game walmart corporate. Your employees should never have to say no, we dont have the exact amount so you have to wait 3 days. Eh...no I dont =)
