I had one of the most embarrassing and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store. Nearly every item I scanned at self-checkout triggered a review from the associate, even though I was doing everything correctly. Then, when I tried to pay using my debit card as credit (which I do everywhere), I was told there's no way to bypass the PIN—even after I offered my ID to prove it was my own card.
The associate refused to offer help or alternatives and just repeated “that’s not how we work.” Only after I stood there long enough to notice a QR code myself did I realize I could pay using the Walmart app. I did and then was told he’s not allowed to tell customers that option exists.
I left feeling humiliated, treated like a problem instead of a paying customer. I’m seriously considering canceling my Walmart+ membership and shopping elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable.

Awesome place sometimes out of stock on a few things but it is a great place to visit and shop they have awesome stuff some stuff is pretty pricey but I will continue shopping there

To my surprise, the last 3 times I've been to Enid Wal-Mart have been very pleasant. Service in the electronics was great!
