Never, again. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 a.m., this morning. I pulled in at 11:05. (Struggling to catch and entice two outdoor/indoor cats, into a crate, is not easy). I stayed in my vehicle (honoring their current policy) and called the office, (per their request). They answered and placed me on hold until another individual answered and began asking questions about the 3 pets I had scheduled for this appointment. I answered all of her questions. I also asked about shots for my dachshund as she was due, as well. I then answered all of those questions and was placed on hold again. The office assistant then came back on the line and said the doctor wanted to cancel my appointment, because I was late!!! What??!! Yes, I will take accountability that I was 5 minutes late, but I had already waited longer on their office, answering their questions and being placed on hold multiple times, than the 5 minutes they waited for me. She explained that the doctor had already taken the next patient in early. I was under the impression their office scheduled appointment on a 30 minute block. It was only 11:15, right then. This should still be my time. I was then told they would treat me like a walk-in and get to me when they had time. No, thank you. Obviously, Wheatland has more business than they can handle. I will be taking my pets elsewhere.

From out of town m, puppy has a broke nail that's making it where she cannot walk at all, couldn't even refer me to some help. She thanks you for your lack of help

I have used Wheatland for years, loved the service that was provided to me an my furbabies. However, recently the service has drastically changed. I have heard it from many friends, but witnessed it first hand today.

Terrible customer service! Nothing worse than sitting in your car for 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment only to be told there could be an indefinite wait. Most people have jobs, children, lives and other business to attend to. sadly this used to be my favorite vet clinic in town but I will from now on take all of my pets to the Enid Pet Hospital. I will no longer recommend Wheatland or use their services ever.

Might have nice prices or be cheap but the wait is crazy and the middle man thing is not for me I want to speak with the doctor not a tech and girls come off always rude over the phone when asking questions. I wouldn’t recommended I would rather go outta town for a emergency.

All of my dogs go to Wheatland and have for years. No matter which vet I see they are always kind, knowledgeable and wonderful. They listen and check thoroughly and their pricing is good. I would be sad if I didn’t have them. My weenie dog tried to bite one of the techs and she was still kind to him.

Always caring and loving to our crazy Schnauzers!! And helpers are so great with a concern for facilitating exam, shots, & controlling the headstrong dogs. I have always appreciated the Veterinarians at Wheatland Clinic and highly recommend them!

They injured my dog due to their negligence. Beware that it looks like they often delete their reviews on here by changing the name of the business ever so slightly. They had many reviews of animals dying in their care and countless injuries.
