Tried submitting a loan check. Extremely racist associate stood outside the ATM next to me(basically babysitting me) the entire time I was doing it, and then heavily examined the ATM as I walked away. Small-town mindsets can ruin the customer service experience.

I cashed a check from the casino witch is from Bank of Oklahoma. They tried to tell me since I didn't have an account with them that I needed to pay 10% of my 8,000 check. I had to debate with them. Finally they cashed it. I just wounder how many people they have scammed.
