Annette the store manager is hateful, none of the prices marked right the place is a mismanaged dump. I asked her to honor the price after she said her employees keep putting up wrong signs, Annette screamed at the top of her lungs and said I was banned from her store(last I checked employees so not own stores). Complained to headquarters because it was humiliating and all the customers watched in horror.

We went in last Sunday and there was a sign, saying Bogo on lawn chairs $35 but must buy two to get the discount went up to the register. The girl acted completely put out when it rang up regular price. I asked her about the Bogo she said well It didn’t ring up that way, I asked her if I needed a coupon she said I don’t know so I looked in the coupons it was nowhere to be found, she then stated you just want me to take one off? I said no I want the sale price. She asked the male employee to go back and look because she hadn’t gone to lunch yet. He came back and told her to do a price override for 50% off one she could not figure out how much 50% off of $35 was until I told her. Then she threw her phone down on the cabinet And the male stated to be fair if it doesn’t ring up properly, we’re not supposed to discount anything. She was extremely rude. Well what appeared to be the manager just stood by and watched her abuse the customers being my sister and I. She continued to argue with us when we stated that her customer service was lacking . Great location, great idea horrible employees.

Two times in the last week was closed way before posted hours. Under no circumstances should a chain store be closed due to staffing, the manager should be there covering even if they have to work all day. Less cluttered than most dgs so that's a plus.

Always have a good time when I shop no matter the place,however when shopping here they are always helpful, smiling, good attitudes and just a all around good experience.

The workers are really nice and they take time to ask you how you're doing my husband spending that I've been in there but he said the workers are nice and and they try and keep the shelf stop and they make sure they clean up anything that has made a mess and also they make sure and keep everything neat and organized you

Went to 4 DG to buy A&W root beer that was on Sale this week not one had any and you could hardly walk down the isles because of carts full of stock to be put on shelves. Store were dirty and cluttered. A very bad experience

Don't work for dollar general I was rehired to work and they have no record of me work at dollar general I worked 28 hrs and have never received my check call hr and the other bosses and I'm not getting any call backs or anything so watch who u work for
