Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
But I can't get used to having 2 stores in 1. I like Dollar Tree as 1 big store.

Everyone is nice and helpful. The only thing I wish were different would be since it's a Family Dollar as well as a Dollar Tree is more of the Dollar Tree items.. other than that, nothing

i have been to this location 3 times and have had issues each time. the 1st time my coupons weren't deducted but i didn't realize until i got to my car [kids 🤦🏽♀️] so i had to drag them back in and wait for them to figure it out, blamed it on the system. the 2nd & 3rd time i was double charged for items, again, had to go back in and again they blamed the system. but the system didn't scan the same product twice...you did. i don't think i will go back, it's too much of a hassle. 3 strikes and you're out, right?? 😆

Like these 2 stores separate. They barely havecand Dollar Tree stuff and Famiky Dollar is higher than Walmart

I went in there on the 2nd of October and tried to do cash back, I had overdraft coverage on my card and the first time it said error time out than 2nd time it just took the whole amount off of my card that I had remaining in my overdraft and wouldn't give me the cash back that they charged me card. They called corporate and they didn't do anything, they pretty much stole my money, it wasn't much but still not right.

Sometimes the staff don't seem as helpful as they could be they seem more reserved like they don't want to sponsor the company

They are Awesome, it takes me forever to shop, and the employees in there have always treated me with nothing but kindness, I won't shop anywhere else for those things because of them! So maybe corporate should give the employees a raise and some praise for the way they treat there customers I mean if they are the reason I go there, I'm sure many of us in our small town feel the same way as I do, Thanks for always treating me with kindness guys!♡

They make sure they keep everything sanitized and everything that you pick up or don't want goes back to the right spot and the last time I was in a family Dollar the cashier at the desk that's how our day was and also they're really nice they make sure everything stop and when you need help on finding something they tell you what aisle to go on
