We used H and R Block in Eufaula for 2014, 2015 and 2016 tax years. We ended up getting audited by the IRS based upon their recommendations. We even had their insurance “Peace of Mind” for the 2014 year. The owner was not willing to provide any assistance whatsoever during the audits. Worst customer service and business experience of our lives. Ended up costing us over $20,000. We had to borrow against our 401k and are still making payments to pay this off. I highly recommend you go anywhere else than H and R Block in Eufaula. There is zero support and help after the fact in the event of an audit when they caused the audit. We had never had audited in our lives prior to going there.
