I call to ask one — literally ONE — question: “What’s the wait time right now?” You’d think I asked them to solve a quantum physics equation. After a few awkward moments of confusion, they just… hung up. No answer, no “please hold,” just click.
If this is Love’s idea of customer service, then congratulations — you’ve officially invented “customer disservice.” At least now I know where all the dumb customer service reps in the country hang out.
Next time I’ll just ask my dog for the wait time — odds are, I’ll get a faster and clearer response

Come to get rest and the rat pack is hanging out in the parking lot being extremely loud and rude multiple cars,just let them act a fool at 145 Am.rest somewhere else if possible

Loves is always good and clean. Usually they have enough employees needed that there isn't a line so no waits. I also like that the rest rooms are clean and don't stink.

Urine and pubic hair on the toilet and no soap in the shower. Im too broke to have more than shampoo. Dont be like Pilot. One time, I was here, and the shop took 8 hours to try to upsell my company a tire they didnt want before the next shift came in and fixed valve on the tire. Not sure why I stopped here. Leaving a review to remind myself to find another loves to use credits at.

Took 12 hours for loves to fix a broken belt on my drivers freightliner. Grant did a great job and my driver was literally parked next to the loves and took 12 hours. Sorry but will never use yall again

- the one star... Dont come here for tire repair!!! Been here over eight hours to get a flat fixed. Their only tire tech's priority is roadside calls. You have to wait till he gets back. But when another roadside call comes in, and it will, you're at the back of the line again...and again...and again. Oh look, out he goes again ? No understanding of how much this is costing me!
