I want to give a huge shout out to Ethan. After a long, hard day at work, my battery and alternator both went bad, and I just barely made it to the O’Reillys in Eufaula. From the moment I walked in, even made me feel like I was taken care of. Being over an hour and a half away from home, it gets nerve-racking, not knowing If you’ll be able to make it home or not. His knowledgeable And very friendly attitude, made This whole ordeal 1 million times less stressful. You guys have done a great job with him and you better hold on tight. Thanks again buddy

Super helpful and friendly. Thank you for testing the battery and alternator in my wife's vehicle. I know how, and it took a lot for me to risk my "man card," but there are times when you gotta ask for help. I'm so glad yall are nice, professional, and kind. Kudos!!

Great customer service. 15 minutes before closing time I pull up to grab bulbs for the tail light, some would actually be agitated being so close to closing time but these men were professional to the end. I asked about another issue I'd been having and he took the time to explain to me what was happening. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. Will definitely shop here when I need something for the SUV.

3 hours into my 13 hour road trip for Christmas, I ran over a screw, causing low tire pressure. Once I stopped for a bite to eat I realized it was VISIBLY low. I found this nearby O'Reilly, and thought I'd just get a Fix A Flat can and be on my way. The employee recommended a more intense tire repair kit with a plug to be shoved in to seal the hole. I was going to attempt it on my own, since that's what I do, but the employee was super helpful and offered to help me. He was amazing, and I finished up with my tire inflator to get the PSI up. My tire made it the remaining 10 hours, and the 13 hours back, and is still in great shape. O'Reilly was the best part of my road trip!!

O'Reilly does not honor exchange nor return of automotive batteries and they are seriously more than double the price as Walmart for pretty much the exact same battery. I spent $200 on a 490 CCA battery. I needed an 845 CCA battery. The Eufaula, ok location would not exchange. I had to go to Walmart, where I got an 845 CCA battery for $110Not very happy about this.
