Don’t buy a phone from them if you you are stuck with a locked phone ! They kept turning off my service for non payment , I kept proving it was paid ! They cut me off and locked my phone !

I had to get a new phone because I broke mine. Haylee Smith helped me pick out a new iPhone and she was so awesome with everything and helped me setup my new phone because my old phone was broken and she was so patient with trying everything to switch my stuff over.Thank you for your help Haylee!??

My elderly parents bought a phone from Yvonne, she didn’t set the phone up and sent them out the door.. Their excuses are, we don’t have WiFi and we are closing an hour early.US Cellular = Obama phone program and the same level of service.Do not shop here and stay away from Yvonne and this store!!!

My T-Mobile did not work in this area.. After weeks of excuses and faulse promises I foolishly switched to Google.fi. Big mistake. Not only did my new Android phone not work, they had less coverage then T-Mobile had! So I tried us cell. Well they offered me a good deal, but my number was locked by google.fi, and seemed unconcerned about letting it go . After waiting for several days, I went back to the local US Cellular, and talked to Haily. She got on the computer and then the phone, after a bit of run around she got thing straight!, Now I have good phone and internet.. thanks so much for working hard to solve my problem..a real credit to your office..
