Absolutely horrible as far as post office go. In 3 months they have lost 3 of my bill payments, and in last 4 months there have been 4 packages they say they delivered but didn't and before you say someone could have taken them it's impossible because my box has a lock and key on it. Prices for services keep going up while quality of service keeps going down. I avoid using usps at all cost, only good thing I can say about them is they guy on my route is friendly!

After years of having no problems with deliveries, we now have mail returned to sender all of the time. We cannot put a PO Box when ordering online so we put our physical address. Whenever UPS delivers to the post office, they automatically return it to sender. After 30 years of living in this small town, we cannot get anything delivered to our box which has remained unchanged for 25+ years.

The lady who works at the window is always rude to me. Never wants to help and won't let me have any of the free shipping boxes

They refuse to deliver packages and letters. Stating that the home "does not have a mail box." Which is nonsense, the house has the same mailbox thats been on it for the last 60 years. They don't even leave a slip asking for pickup at the post office, instead they just send the mail back the same day it arrives.

A very nice post office build in 1939. The building is in great shape considering it's age. The people here do a great job keep up the good work.

The folks at this post office have ALWAYS been great. They go above and beyond compared to what other post offices do. Ignore the raters who complain about lost packages. The folks in Eufaula aren't the ones who "lost" it.

Cannot seem to deliver a package two miles from the post office without losing it! Now I have to wait on the replacements and hope they don't lose those either.
