I bought some earphones and was really excited to use them with my westone custom molded ear plugs. While they did fit well. There was no bass response what so ever and the highs were extremely shrill, shrill enough to where they caused me physical pain. Also very low volume output. I reached out to Ear Plug store about it and they agreed to a refund. After sending it in I got a refund, but not a whole refund. For some reason I had to pay $23.83 for the privilege of returning these. As part of their "policy". I was honestly shocked that a company would actually charge shipping and a restocking fee for a subpar / defective product (they say it's not defective). I don't know in what world these would be suitable for any musician. I feel used and appalled. Stay away from this product, and stay away from this business unless you're sure you will not need to make a return for a subpar or defective product.

I have nothing good to say about Ear Plug Superstore. The company they were using to make my custom earplugs said they couldn't because my impressions showed that my eustachian canals were too small for the model I wanted. When I asked for my custom-made impressions to be returned, the customer service person, Amber, whom I had been working with, discovered that they had been destroyed -big waste of time and loss of 100. for the custom impressions.

i am an interior designer and ordered the Commercial Speech Privacy system from Ear Plug Superstore. After having two different customers try the system, both said it wasn't working and they had it for just one conference room that is under 150 SF. I reached out to return the order and since it was past the acceptable time frame, even though in original packaging, they would not extend the return or offer any credit towards other products. Most companies would charge a percentage of re-stocking but again, they were not willing to offer any assistance. They were not concerned at all that the system was ineffective for two different clients of mine. I would never purchase anything from this company again, especially at a $250 price tag that now a box of metal useless and sitting in my office in the original box!

If I could assign 0 stars or negative stars I would. Purchased a large box of earplugs, as I have several times in the past. Paid for express shipping. Company decided it was their policy to send out express mail packages "signature required" during a pandemic. Problem is my post office won't deliver any packages "signature required" at this time. Obviously they are protecting their postal carriers. None the less after alot of research and tracking the package was located and returned to the seller. I did receive a credit. I then asked for them to ship the product again without a signature requirement so it could be delivered to my door as originally ordered. Was told they would not send it out without a signature and that because the original package was returned even though it was returned by the post office, they would no longer fill orders for me! OK. I'll find someone else. Your customer service sucks.

Do not purchased from here. They may not honor your purchase in good faith. If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an order for shooting electronic earmuffs in early Jan 2021. Website said it was in stock and the price was right; actually it was the lowest, but only a few dollars less than another site/merchant I could have used. I have bought custom BTE ear molds for my hearing aids and the things fit so comfortably and work so well with even my brand new hearing aids I'm impressed they are the most comfortable earmolds I have ever got to own and they even had a variety of eye catching colors to choose from my audiologist saw them today and even complement on them thanks superstores so much for the awesome job!

OMG, I love the Mutt Muffs. These are a sanity saver for both me and my golden retriever lab mix. We have a problem with katydids from about 5pm until 8pm. The poor old guy would just run back and forth for three hours every day for the past two weeks, barking, barking, barking. At 90 pounds he has a very, very loud bark. Not only was he going insane, but I was too. Got the mutt muffs today. It's 7pm and the katydids are doing their thing, but Redd, is peacefully sleeping and I am once again enjoying my evenings.

every now and then you get really lucky and get to speak with a customer service representative that has it all: personable, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to go the extra mile. Found that in Rebecca who works with/for Ear Plug Superstore. If all of EP Superstore folks are cut from the same cloth, this is the model of how a business should operate. Take my 5 stars and double it!!!!!
