The staff were so welcoming and helpful as we transitioned our loved one to the nursing home and though she was only with them for a few hours before passing, so many of the staff offered condolences and hugs as we came to say goodbye, like they had already decided to love her and us. With such a difficult decision for us it was exactly what we needed and we strongly recommend.
