I've lived here for a month now the horriable part of these apartments is managemnt Belinda is a bully and tells you how to keep your place clean even if your place is already clean she will find something else to complain about. Invasion of privacy she acts like your mother. Treats you like a child DONT MOVE HERE unless you wanna be told how to live and how to have your place clean even if it's spotless.

Move here if your desperate. Monthly inspections include checking to see if your baseboards have any dirt and if there is dust on your blinds. I was written up for these at one point. They fixed some pipes in my house, but then I had holes in my landry room and both bathrooms for 3 months. I moved out before they were patched. I did no damage to the house and had to leave behind a dresser when I moved. I was charged $200 just for that alone. Even with them keeping my deposit, I was sent a bill for 272.80. They only get by with this because it is one of the very few places that take section 8 in Fort Gibson. I turned in a notice to vacate 5 weeks in advance and 2 weeks later I received papers attempting to kick me out even though, the current month was paid and my lease was not expired.

I am on disability & basically homeless living amongst family since heart problems started and the coma. I got accepted into OTA career training program at ICTC/CSC Muskogee so I could get job training and certification to go back to work and get off disability. Because I was going to be going to school Garden Walk Fort Gibson did not rent to me. I am not a full time student so can't even live in Connors' dorms 35miles away even if I could afford too. They will not rent to you when you are trying to better yourself.

This is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They do not fix stuff when it breaks and they do not do anything about neighbors that are too loud. They have way too many rules and regulations but will not enforce them. If you like living on a slummy place with bugs and loud neighbors and a broke down apartment then this is for you. But seriously. This place had no respect for the working class. They have been doing renovations and the workers are loud all day. I have had to call the cops on the neighbors 3 times and have written and verbal reports about them and nothing has been done. I have black mold in my apartment from a water leak they keep telling me they will fix. Bugs get in through a hole in the bathroom they have not fixed and the central heat and air does not work. It started smoking one day and they came and looked at it and said they had to get some parts to fix it and have yet to do so 2 months later. There maintenance man put in a window unit to help with the heat but it made my electric bill sky rocket and now it's winter and I have no way other than the oven to heat my home. It's dangerous because I own a dog. I can't have it open all the time. This has literally been hell for me.
