“I was in town visiting my parents and I needed a gym. This gym made it so easy to sign up and get a pass. Thank you guys! When I got there, I was alone (best part) and I enjoy the dark and the cool air. I had a good workout. This will be my to go gym when I come visit my parents.”
“First off, I’m not from the area and I’m a truck driver. Been to many different gyms across many different state lines and this is by far one of the best gyms I have been too! Clean the staff is friendly willing to help out and answer any questions you may have. They acknowledge EVERYONE who walks through the door. The owner Enrique Gomez is an amazing guy! Very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a great place to call home or just passing through and want a lift this is your place. Fairly priced for memberships too didn’t have to wait for any machines which is another plus! Love it here, when I’m passing through in the future will definitely make sure I stop to get a lift in!”

“Loving the new additions since the change in ownership! Ladies—the hip adductor/abductor and hip thrust machines being in a separate room is such a thoughtful touch. The added privacy makes a huge difference and makes you feel so much more comfortable.”
