The sign says 1900 is when they close. How come the doors were locked at 1840 extremely inconvenient

The food court is kept very clean .The restrooms are decent ?Shopping here has its pros and cons. Depending on what yiu buy her .The staff, some are very helpful and friendly. Some are not
