Good place to work out on post. They open at 8am and it is 100% ID check/scan in so make sure you have it with you.

FIRES FITNESS CENTER. Decent gym. Pretty good and not too bad. Pretty big. Has a few basket ball courts with an inside track. No pool, that's at Rhinehart.

I am in the Marine Corps and strictly have been on Marine bases. I can say this is the nicest gym I’ve ever worked out at. It’s huge. Has a lot of options and room. Very spacious and in good condition. The environment was good, no loud music though which is the only thing I thought was missing. Going back!

So crowded. Also, shower setup is like you are playing hide and seek, not funcional for a military base gym. It should not be with walls and curtains, it’s the Army not a beauty pageant back stage.

The civilian in charge is the rudest woman I’ve ever met in her kind of position. She should be ashamed of herself. The gym is a nice gym in disguise. The equipment is not taken care of and the soldiers don’t have ANY RESPECT for government equipment. The soldiers I am told are able to tell the officers and NCO’s what they will and won’t do by and I was told this by senior NCO’s in uniform. The staff are wonderful!!! The folks in charge of MWR have ZERO to respect. I come to lift and i have to resort to bad comments. I asked the CO (Civilian) for her supervisor Shane Dunlevy and was given a bogus number. What professionalism. Plus the policy is you can bring 2 guests every day. Civilian folks getting a free gym and PACKING the gym for military or veterans who already gave up there known life for the United States Military. Command has NO respect and the military folks in charge of these folks are NOT doing their job. Well done to our Command! Very sarcastic! We will see if Fort Sill cares about the reputation they are getting and if they will even attempt to contact me. PATHETIC!This brings shame not honor to the US Army Fort Sill.

Very large gym with a good selection of both weight machines and free weights. Smells like gym shoes though.

Amazing selection of equipment and possibilities for individual and Family fitness. The only reason I didn't give the last star is the hours; they started closing an hour earlier shortly after opening. There is child care and a climbing wall room that is Family friendly as well as a smoothie bar and protein snacks. The facilities are always clean and staff is extremely courteous.

Great place to sit and wait to use equipment due to douchebags staying on one piece for 30 mins at a time while recording themselves on their cell phones. Hurry up!!!!

AC works, but not in the combatives/pull-up room. 4/5, would lift things up and set them down.

Nice gym and well equipped with different types of exercise and weight training equipment. Unfortunately the showers are in pretty bad shape.
