I stayed at this hotel for four months, and while many different amenities may have broke, the service never failed to deliver. They’re staffed 24/7 with very kind, friendly staff. Specifically, I felt that Yeji and destiny (?) went above and beyond to help me throughout my time here. From printing many documents to helping reprint too many lost room keys, I always felt like if I needed help, it wasn’t too far away.

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the staff is friendly and the service is completed, especially Yeji in the front desk, she's very friendly and helpful.

Find somewhere else. Nothing in this hotel works for more than a week. Laundry room is constantly half-operable. The AC isn’t very reliable. The “business center” in Aultman only has 2 of 4 working computers, and the printers are iffy when they decide to work. A couple staff members are NOT very customer friendly. Bugs (crickets and spiders mainly) infesting the rooms. I’ve seen a couple geckos running around. Breakfast is the same foods over and over. I still have 2 months left before I get out of here. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They’re always “working on it,” but results are few and far between.

I lived here for four months while at training on Fort Sill during the summer months. The air conditioning does not work well in any rooms, during the months of July and August my AC did not go down past 75 degrees, even at night. The washing machines meant to be used by long-term guests only worked half of the time, and only half of the machines were available at all -- the rest had out-of-order signs on them for the entire time I stayed here. The employees are friendly, however I don't think management takes care of the building and rooms very well. I also had problems with bugs in my room on the sixth floor.

Bottom line up front: Choose a different hotel. In my opinion, this place has guaranteed business with the large amount of Basic Officer Leader Course students so it doesn't need to try very hard to get new business. This isn't like the other quality IHG hotels you'll find on other posts. It's essentially a fancy barracks or sub-standard hotel.Pros:- Has a decent breakfast selection and is a short commute anywhere on post.Cons:- Housekeeping never showed several times during my one-week stay. The front desk didn't sound interested said the staff were still making their rounds (at 5pm) which didn't make sense and simply wasn't true.- Expect items in your room to not work. My office chair was broken when I arrived and I found out later the front desk staff didn't actually enter the first replacement request. It took two days to get a new chair. Also, my first coffee maker was broken and the replacement wouldn't heat up the water.Something to know:- Dining area is more like a chow hall. The breakfast area seats approximately 100 people. That's not necessarily a bad thing but something you should know if youre expecting a small and quiet breakfast area like other IHG locations.Summary:There's other hotels in the area which offer a better experience for the same price. Don't be lured by the convivence of staying on post. I was and spent the week feeling like staff couldn't care less about my stay. Choosing any of the well-known hotels in nearby Lawton only adds ten minutes to your commute for a much better experience.

Bottom line up front, this is not a hotel, it's a barracks with a holiday inn sign.HVAC doesn't work, regardless how many times they come to the room. Romm have bugs and other pests in them. Stairwells are disgusting and full of pests. Elevator will keep you locked in it for a few minutes before letting you out and the alarm button didn't work. Breakfast are is beyond insufficient for the massive amount of guests. If you have to pay for a hotel stay at any of the hundreds of hotels off base.

The Army pays for lowest bidder. So you get what the army gives you. But with that this hotel needs a lot of work. AC is trash, Pool hours are weird, breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast, rooms are okay, horrible ventilation in bathroom, water damage on ceilings, bed is uncomfortable. If you can get a hotel off base I would. But the customer service was pretty solid and well rounded. It was a free hotel so, I didn’t care too much but if you’re paying out of pocket this is for you to not go through the hassle.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel the man that works the night shift was very kind and helpful! He should be promoted or given a bonus!Cory was fabulous and very professional I would have thought he's a supervisor for how knowledgeable he is!Rock totally rocked! He made sure that I was cared for!Edgar & Jason drove us around when we placed our reservation for the shuttle! They went above and beyond what I would have expected! They deserve the best title possibleEveryone rolled out the red carpet from the front desk to maintenance and the drivers! Thank you ALL for a wonderful comfortable stay!

Bathroom had body hair leftover from previous guest(s). AC switch breaks. Elevator had the alarm button go off like every other night. Paperwork for it is with management, and several of its lights are out or have been replaced with random other parts. Half of the washing machines are out of order all the time meaning what I assume would be 3 washers for 150~ people, and they're all on the 6th floor. Lighting is dim and random bulbs used on every fixture. Streets around it are awkwardly placed.A few positives: Maintenance came quick and fixed things right away. Printers and computers available. Desk space for people to work on homework in groups. Free breakfast (albeit chances are you're getting meals paid for at the nearby dining facilities).Walkability: Weather makes things walkable. Not really close to anything worth walking to. Maybe a decent place for a jog.

Had to use this hotel for PCS out of Sill with my family. Our reservation was described as a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer which is on par with most other bases for those PCSing in or out (TLF). We get to the room and it had no oven, only a mini fridge, and no washer or dryer in the room or even in the entire building.

Please be aware that this hotel has mice infestation in the whole building. I cannot sleep at night and think that a mouse is out in my room. The hotel was supportive (specially Rashel, she is doing a better job that management) of putting traps and asked me if I want to move, but if I move I will have the same problem, I have asked all my coworkers that are staying at the hotel and they all have the same issue. As a Diamond elite member, I asked the hotel to get compensated, I don’t know maybe with some points, just for the inconvenience but I was told no. If this is how you treat your highest level of customers, I cannot even imagine how you treat others. I would not recommend staying on this property unless you are ok with sharing your room with little friends. Overall, I’m very disappointed that they couldn’t do anything to compensate me for the inconvenience. :(

Rooms are very small, and service is lacking. If you are working on base, the hotel in convenient. Probably will opt for a room off base on my next visit.

The rooms are ok, but the AC/Heater is old and always have issue. The laundry room being in the 6th floor causes a lot of noise into the 6th and 5th floor especially underneath, some machines are so old that while active they shift left and right making impossible to sleep at night. They should move the laundry room to the first floor and expanded it with more W/D, and get rid of that so called "gym" with few equipment which nobody uses. The room cleaning is scheduled only to once per week. Very good customer service.

PROS: It's clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a free breakfast.CONS: This place is old and the rooms are tiny; as small or smaller than barracks rooms--- especially the bathroom. It's the size of a broom closet with a very narrow doorway, and a sink that sticks out from the wall that you have to squeeze around in order to access the shower, which is only a few inches away. Remodeling suggestion:Knock the wall out between 2 rooms and make it one room with a normal sized bathroom and the modern ventilation system.
