We stayed at the hotel 2 times. The lady checked us in is so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff are top notch. Right inside the army base. The experiences are unique. We will visit again whenever going to lawton. Thank you again.Safety: Army base.Noteworthy details: Comanche.

I so enjoyed staying at this hotel. It looked like barracks so I thought that was really cool! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They are affordable too. I enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of coffee looking at the view. Everything is close by.Rooms: Comfortable, clean, spaciousNearby activities: The museum is there. The park area has so much equipment. The PX is there.Safety: It was a safe atmosphere.

Internet will literally give you cancer. Hope you never need to do anything online ever. Hotel locked me out of my room in the last day of my order no notice. With everything I own still in the room. Would stay again. Only if it's free. On orders. Begrudgingly.Stayed here again 6 years later. Not too much has changed. Everyday I'm charged $72 even though lodging is provided by the school house Washing machines and dryers are constantly broken. Half the elevators don't work. The front doors don't work. My room doesn't even have a shower curtain.

No TV remote had batteries, one remote did not work on any TV. Refrigerator was not plugged in or turn on. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Stairway could use work. Entrance door to building was unable to be secured, latch

A free continental breakfast is served Monday through Saturday . The hotel has comfortable beds and pillows but those come with several caveat starting with the air conditioning. You must make sure to not block the air deflectors with the curtains otherwise your room will not cool. Keep the curtains closed and stuff them behind the air deflectors otherwise the sunlight will warm the room up fast. The bathroom comes stocked with your basic needs: blow dryer, towels of course, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, plastic cups, soap, and small container of lotion. The room comes with ironing board and iron, a nice microwave and a good size refrigerator but small freezer along with a keurig coffee maker with three pods and two bags of tea. There is plenty of storage space. Outside of the room the hallways and elevators can get quite toasty. Laundry is located on the 6th floor with ice machines on the second, third and fifth floors. There is an outside patio gas grill with several tables and chairs to host a large party. And finally it's faster to take the stairways than wait on the crowded small elevators.

I've been here for almost 4 months now for a school and everything was fine until today. I got back from eating dinner, went to put on some sweat pants, and they were gone! Funny how they were there earlier this morning when I left for class. Only person with access to the room was house keeping. And this wasn't the first time someone in my class had something stolen either; one person had upwards of $2,000 cash stolen and the other their credit card information that he had left on his desk that morning.

To “the owner” responding with you couldn’t find my reservation when the review clearly said 11 months ago is extremely unprofessional. Also, Why would you take the name from this google account and attempt to find out if the name matched any reservations you May have? Try focusing on correcting the mistakes your staff and hotel have been made aware of.

Here for business. A desk should not have a glass top. Optical mouse's have a hard time tracking. Nice rooms over all. A few noisy neighbors.

Awful service. The cleaning schedule was never met right and it is not good at all i clean my room everyday by myself. There is very bad sound in my room it comes from the generator outside and i couldn't sleep well everyday. I try to talk to the services and they didn't fix it cause it couldn't be fixed unless they move the generator. By far the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Bad service and bad management.

Rooms don’t have individual air conditioners. My room averaged 81 degrees during the week I was there. The sink drained smelled like sewage every time I turned on the water. There’s no reason for IHG to update their rooms with individual air conditioners because Soldiers are forced to stay there - meaning endless revenue. If this was an off post hotel, it would go out of business. Unless you’re forced to stay there, avoid this hotel at all costs!

The management chose to do a complete overhaul of the AC system in May. The windows don’t open and temps in the room exceed 80 degrees. The 2nd floor rooms flood when heavy rains come and the only solution from the front desk has been to shampoo the carpet. IHG should remove their name from this hotel as it reflects poorly upon their brand. If this hotel were not on a military installation it would close its doors until repairs were complete.

Substandard Holiday Inn. Rooms are just old barracks dorms with some Holiday Inn material around to look like a hotel. Heat does not turn off and according to the front desk nothing they can do because it’s a government building. Options they gave are open door to let cool air in hall in to cool room down. Hmmm guess we don’t worry about safety. Holes in wall in bathroom from remounting towel rack. Door handle / lock loose on door to room. Stay at lodging off base for best quality and service for the money.

Stayed there for 2 days, wish I would have stayed longer. Comfortable clean rooms and very private. The only negative was a rude male when we tried to check in early. The second person we got was actually very nice and even when we checked out he was nice as well. Will stay there again. Breakfast was also very nice ?

Awful service. They gave me a cleaning schedule of what was expected to happen each day and it was never met. There would be 2 days my room wouldn't be touched. Had to go to the front desk and request linen and towels becuase on the "full service" days the person just decided to skip what looked like an entire floor. Grass still in the hallway from the morning. By far the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in.

I have been staying in this hotel for almost 2 months because of being in school. I've been waking up with bites over my arms and elbows and puzzled as to why. The weather here hasn't been very welcoming. It's been extremely cold, snow, ice etc. Someone had a look at my bites and told me that they looked similar to his previous bed bites and to inform the front desk.A few weeks ago, I informed the front desk of a possible bed bug situation in my room and they sent supposed bed bug subject matter experts to check my room. I received a phone call the following day saying there were no bed bugs and each mattress had been replaced months prior to me getting there.I returned to my room later that evening to find my room a mess from when they checked it for bed bugs. Sheets, comforter, and the trash bin were in the middle of the floor just chilling. Highly upset.A few days a ago I woke up to another bite, and again this morning. I am very dissatisfied and will NEVER reside here again. I wish they do not allow anyone to stay here because I'm sure I'm not the only one waking up with bites. I just need to be able to make it a few more days...
