Internet is not consistent always shuts off and every time you talk to a rep nothing gets done they just send out a tech. We have had 4 techs come out in the past 3 weeks and each time nothing gets done.

Had it for less than 24hrs and the 20 minute set up doesn’t work been working on it for about 3 hrs and 3 different service reps

Don't think I've ever had a single experience where I pay for the service I requested and it just works right away. Always some sort of issue so just don't expect to actually get the connection right away
