Absolute most stupidest UPS I’ve ever been to. Now you have to have a mailbox number to receive mail. Who even came up with that? I’ll have my stuff shipped off elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, had headphones in the whole time not very friendly. Strolling up with one minute to open store then had to wait until she was ready instead of having the door open on time. Was fast service once she was open and ready maybe just having a bad morning.

December 23rd...this store opened 2 hours late and closed 4 hours early. They missed the morning package delivery because nobody was there at 10:15am. I spent an hour arranging for the package to be delivered again by 4pm. When the package was delivered at 3:15pm...I sent my son to pick it up...at 3:28pm... they were closed. How lazy do you have to be to close a shipping/packing/printing store, or show up late then leave early, during the busiest shipping days of the year. It's shameful...not worthy of a lease on a U.S. Military base. My soldier will have nothing to open on Christmas. Thanks UPS store #2602

I've used UPS every time and only had one issue of my package being delivered to the wrong address but they made up for it by giving me a new package of the shocks I ordered.

Went several times during posted open hours to not find any staff available as well as the door locked. One of the times I went and it was open the envelopes set out to use where not supposed to be used by customers and was spoken to as if that was my fault. Overall displeased with a service offered on Fort Sill.

ASHLEY was the nicest most helpful person. Very grateful for her!!! Also she works in 79 degrees carrying heavy boxes and yet she is extremely friendly and polite. She goes out of her way to help others. She deserves some recognition from UPS. You don't fine customer service like that anymore. Thank you Ashley!Susan

Absolutely incredible service from the young lady up front. Her attitude was superb and she was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my package and had a contagious smile the whole time.
