Went several times during posted open hours to not find any staff available as well as the door locked. One of the times I went and it was open the envelopes set out to use where not supposed to be used by customers and was spoken to as if that was my fault. Overall displeased with a service offered on Fort Sill.

ASHLEY was the nicest most helpful person. Very grateful for her!!! Also she works in 79 degrees carrying heavy boxes and yet she is extremely friendly and polite. She goes out of her way to help others. She deserves some recognition from UPS. You don't fine customer service like that anymore. Thank you Ashley!Susan

Absolutely incredible service from the young lady up front. Her attitude was superb and she was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my package and had a contagious smile the whole time.

My hubby had ordered a $500 phone and it required a signature. I breastfed my youngest and I was worried that it would arrive while was nursing her so we paid $6 more through ups my choice for it to be redirected to the store so my hubby can pick it up. I got the email saying it was delivered at 10:32am. My hubby went there and they are claiming it isn’t there. I called the ups location off base that the delivery drivers leave from and they even said it was delivered at 10:32

I've been going to this ups store for years and have never been disappointed.To respond to other comments, they have new computers now, the phone is very active so yes sometimes you need to call several times. They are extremely busy on the weekends due to an excess of student customers, please be patient.

Old computers being utilized at this store. Store opened at 10am, computers did not come up until 1030. Store clerk was apologetic and as helpful to those who came in. Overheard conversation with tech support about issues with computers, seems to be a daily problem. Update computers.

This place is awful! They have stolen every card that my son has received for Christmas and birthdays. $400 worth of gift cards that he never received!!!
