Went in on a Tuesday morning with no issues, no line, quick and easy. Decent facility with PO Boxes, could use an update inside but overall was workable. The lady at the counter was helpful but seemed annoyed or irritated.

Rude employee. Constantly changing their rules and lunch hours. Very poor services. Long line and the staff complaining all the time which slows down everything even more.

I was headed out of town and attempted to get my package redelivered. The slip to claim my package is not valid so I couldn’t track and have redelivery schedule online. The phone number on the delivery card did not lead to anyone picking up the phone and I have called for over an hour multiple times. I will make an ICE complaint. This is unacceptable.

They apparently don't run everyday. They also don't deliver at the same time everyday. I have seen the mail delivery after 5. Been waiting on a letter for a week. Still hasn't arrived. I keep getting previous tenants mail even though I keep sending it back. I wrote a post it note on a letter stating that the person didn't live here anymore. I keep getting their mail.

Went in on March 8th to send priority mail. The package didn’t get to OKC until March 10th. My sisters Birthday was on the 11th, and the tracking still say it left OKC at 0800 on the 10th. Maybe she will receive it on Monday or Tuesday. At this point I’m just hoping she receives it. I paid extra money for extra insurance. May as well have sent it regular shipping. I should have stuck with my regular post office on 67th & Gore, they would have gotten it there on time. I’m never EVER going back to FT. Sill’s post office again.

Have now tried to call SIX times. Must be really hard to do your JOB and pick up the phone. WILL be coming there to raise h*ll and WILL be submitting and ICE complaint. I hope you lose your job.

Sent a package to my son containing his boots for basic since the standard issue boots suck. Tracking from usps showed accepted package 9-22-22 at 0240am as of 10-3 -22 he has not received them Nobody answers phone at ft sill post office of course Typical government incompetence

I’m very confused by all of the reviews saying that the staff is friendly. They treat you as if you asked for one of their kidneys every time you bring a yellow slip to the counter for them to go get your package. One woman just proceeded to lecture my husband about “ordering too many things online.” Are you serious?! Your whole job is to get people their mail and send packages where they need to go. Just DO your job and leave your personal opinion that no one asked for out of it. Will be writing an ICE complaint.

Try getting a package through USPS delivered on post and have fun driving to 2 different buildings(nowhere near the delivery address), talk to 10 different ranks over the course of 3 days. I didn't think it could be done but the Fort Sill postal system seems to set a new record of incompetence among the already impressively inept United States Postal Service.

I sent a package off to my son on the 18th of August and it's now the 9th of September and he still has yet to get it. According to tracking it's there but for some reason almost a month later he still hasn't gotten it.

I sent a package out weeks ago to my boyfriend for his training. He needed his running shoes. I sent it out 8/2/21 and it’s been at the post office since the 7th. I tried to call but of course no one answered. This is ridiculous!

Nephew's mail returned and opened. My nephew is a private at Fort Sill and he has been a great correspondent to me in Colorado. However, I sent him a letter with a light cardboard coaster inside and a pretty fall aspen leaf in October. He never got the letter and it finally was returned to my house in November, but the seal was opened. I am suspecting that someone believed the light paper coaster was a gift card? Anyway, the postal note said, "Cannot forward. Return to sender." And my nephew has not moved nor did he put in a forward request. I put the letter into a larger envelope readdressed it and sent it back on Dec. 1st. It still has not arrived! As a former postal employee from a small NE town, I am SO disappointed and frustrated by this.
