Great store the employees are local people and very friendly. The management is top-notch and friendly. The selection is good for a small-town store. The only thing wrong with it is that there is no produce in it. But it's still very nice and clean and well stocked. It is well laid out so you're not running around looking for items. The bathroom was clean and had a good smell to it everything was stocked in it. Like any new business, it is still working out the bugs.

Shout out to Teresa and the other young man at the Dollar Store , They went above and beyond for my husband and I , We bought 2 lawn chairs on sale then realized they didn't fit in our car, Teresa loaded them up in the young man's car that was also working , and brought them to us 2miles , I wish I knew the young man's name ,

So happy to have a Dollar General in our town. The manager is great! She always helps me find what ever I am needing and she orders things that I want the store to have. Also it is great to see Teresa in the store when I go in.

OK DOLLAR STORE EMPLOYEES DO NOT SMOKE RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR, ALOT OF PEOPLE DO NOT SMOKE AND MIGHT BE ALLERGIC TO SMOKE, HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT. SO THINK OF OTHERS...Ok so, we love the Dollar General in Glencoe, it's so awesome, and our community needed this dearly. The employees are so sweet and nice, but the manager is rude, has a filthy talking mouth. Saying words that should not come out of a managers mouth to customers., knowing that this is a church filled community...NON PROFESSIONAL...

Rudest lady ever!!! I was purchasing some items and talking to a guy in the checkout line when the manager received a phone call. That’s when she yells “I’m sorry I can’t hear you these GUYS ARE TALKING SO LOUD” literally screaming the last part of that sentence at us. I don’t care who’s on the phone we are still customers and she had no right to talk to us that way.
