I just got off the phone after being on hold for 30 minutes plus the ten minutes I was on hold about an hour ago when I first tried to call. No one picked up the entire time and all I was trying to do was ask a question about cigarette prices.

Kitchen is a joke. gave order to someone else and tried acting like I never ordered. Another customer witnessed them give my order to someone else and when I said something they admitted it. Then told me I would have to wait after everyone else for my order. At that point I should NOT have to pay for my food and deserve my money back instead of being treated badly for THEIR mistake and I got absolutely no apology from them only treated like crap. I will be contacting Corporate about this first thing.

This is so ridiculous. There is no customer service at the Glenpool location, nobody will answer the phone. There is only 1 number to call the store and it sends you to the kitchen, who will not answer the phone. Poor service at its best.

2nd time I’ve come at 1230 and all they have is breakfast pizzas. Lunch is almost over. But don’t worry they will yell from the back “it’s in the oven!”. The oven doesn’t do me any good. How about have it ready at 11 that’s closer to lunch

I stop by this location when I’m traveling between my hometown and the town in which I teach. And I will say this Casey’s is definitely subpar which it comes to a handful of aspects. I really enjoy the party bowls of chocolate chip cookies, but at least 85% of the time I stop in this location they’re out of that product and they’re out of the little cup version as well. And at least 1/3 of the time they’re out of fountain Dr. Pepper, which is a bummer. And that’s not mentioning the ridiculously skinny straws that are a pain to drink out of. I can definitely see why Kum & Go decided to open a location across the street from this store. And I was thinking maybe I was just being petty but then I saw a ton of the other reviews here mentioning the exact same problems.

They do business in Glenpool but donate to the Bixby band program instead of donating to Glenpool.
