The .manager was a sourpuss, the look on face told me she hates her job. Then I learned the Goodwills across the states aren't connected in any way, which is surprising. Oh and they don't do exchanges or give refunds on clothing (w/the tags still on them and purchase receipt in hand) but they do on electronics, yep, make that make sense. Are they afraid I might have worn the clothes first...

This store is horrible! Last time I went in and got what I needed they were very rude and very ugly to me. It’s so hot in there that they have no A/C at ALL!! They don’t treat there employees very well either! They don’t care about their health at all!! Oh and not to mention that there management is HORRIBLE!!! They want to keep business open they need better varieties of things as well!
I do wanna thank Dusty C for being an amazing cashier she had a smile on her face and was so sweet!

I went in there today and left bc of how disrespectful the managers are to the employees there was a few great employees but I will not be returning to this store bc the manager was very rude do not recommend this place

You could spend hours a day at the outlet. Not to crowded. Always carts available. I havent been on a weekend so don't know how it is then. Ever so often they rotate the bins and bring new ones out. Clothes are $1.99lb then price dros the more lbs you buy. Anything over 25lbs is $1.19lb. Theres always plenty of parking too. Right off highway its easy to get to.

The staff are personable and always helpful. They greet me every time I come in the store. My favorite location and I will drive out of my way for the service.

Selection is usually pretty decent. What has ruined this store for me is the cashier Dusty C. The last two times we’ve gone she has been our cashier. She is rude, barks the total out and snatches the money out of our hands. Then each time she has tried to shove $60-$80 of merchandise (much of it vintage pottery and dishes) in one bag. This time I didn’t even try to ask her to wrap anything or put it in a box because of how hateful she was when we asked the last time. Didn’t even make it to the car before the bag handles tore. I love this goodwill and how close to home it is and my husband and I go sometimes up to three times a week but I will be driving farther to the bixby location from now on to avoid having to experience such rotten customer service.

Selection used to be decent, last time I went in they didn’t have much to look at and I couldn’t tell what was the men’s vs. women’s clothing section. I heard that the reason for this is the fact they don’t get shipments anymore, #BringTrucksBack

Glenpool Goodwill. Usually Okay, but this week literally nothing in stick. Some of same items have been there for weeks. It’s messy, dirty and disorganized.
