The Staff was absolutely amazing we got there late afternoon on the Sunday after thanksgiving, and it was late 3;30pm and they when to work and did an oil change and inspection and washed all of the windows and was above and beyond happy and cheerful even when it was close to closing time

Justin and John and Kiara were so helpful and polite. They made the stressful situation of my car being broke down so much easier. They were upfront about cost and spoke to where I understand what exactly was taking place. The communication is TOP TIER. To top it off the timing of the repair was so quick. I love the Jiffy Lube, Glenpool location! The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to provide the best customer service. I drive an hour away just to come to that location because customer service is everything to me and I know they will treat me right and do the best they can to satisfy my needs. I personally have had more than one occasion where they went above and beyond and I appreciate what they do! One example is when I was given a free car wash, but I have anxiety going in the tunnel washes, so one of the associates offered to drive my car through it for me, I was amazed at their thoughtfulness and willingness to take time to show me that they care about me. I will continue taking my car there, I trust they are the very BEST!
