The employee at the store around 10 PM made the wrong pizza, made it extremely undercooked to the point to where we couldn’t eat it. I take the pizza back for a refund and am told he couldn’t refund me for it because he couldn’t find my order, all of this is fine up until this point. The teen behind the counter prefers to throw his hands up and curse while I was leaving, assuming he didn’t understand why I didn’t want his undercooked creation. I would like my refund please.

We must be in the great sauce shortage of 2023 surprised my wife with her favorite garlic parm wings and pizza. She couldn't even tell what flavor she got. I guess $9 only gets you one drop of sauce per wing

Pizza is still good but now they are trying g to charge a dollar for a parmesean cheese packet. This is absolutely ridiculous. Especially since a personal pan is $5.48 and 6.48 with tax. The dang parmesean cheese topping should be free. Restaurants are starting to price gouge their customers. Won't come here again.
