I have been coming here for years and have experienced nothing but professionalism. I recommend anyone who wants their mail handled with care to come and visit. Extra points if you're a dog person!”

“My experience was great. First, this place is BUSY. It's clean, it's air conditioned, and it's organized. There were 2 women working the counter, and they were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, fast, *and* friendly. I feel like a post office doesn't deserve employees as good as they are, but ??♀️ they're there.”

“Our mail always arrives in great shape. The woman who delivers our mail goes above and beyond! She has even dressed up as the Easter bunny and handed out candy to the kids.”
“Our mail service has always been exceptional but what our post lady did today was above and beyond. Kathy, sweet Mal lady Kathy, brought to our door, the live shrimp we were waiting for, and had them kept in a cool ac room at work then rode with them in the ac so they would be ok. She is quite literally the very best. I have never had anyone show the care and concern she always shows with every delivery. Every mail person should be trained by her, she clearly goes above and beyond. We are so grateful for her, every single day!!!”
“The postal reps are always super nice and greet me with chit chat. It makes it a welcoming place for me. One rep always mentions the dog food that i order. One offered to carry a box to my car due to its weight. I love my PO and the people there! Thank you for the smiles.”

“I’ve had my fair share of ordeals with parcels being mis-delivered or delayed but PLEASE treat the employees here with kindness and they will treat you the same back! Margaret and Vanessa are two wonderful souls who will go above and beyond for the public. The town of Mounds can sometimes be full of hateful, unappreciative and miserable individuals, but please don’t be one of them. I genuinely appreciate and respect that the employees here at this post office show up and are ready to serve each day no matter the weather! Blessed be those who leave their attitude at the door and treat this place with some respect.”
“Everybody was quick and efficient but like any post office it seems like one workers happy smiley and the other worker looks like they have been through a bit and ready to retire and grumpy.”

“Really nice staff. This is just a drop-off location (they don’t sell stamps or if you need to drop off returns/items with QR codes). They don’t print labels or sell shipping mail/labels/boxes. They direct you to the other three nearby locations.”
