The owner Wade came out the door to greet us as soon as we arrived and stayed with us guiding the entire process. So strange to read negative reviews. This is how the experience should be. “I am currently not renting storage here. However I live in the neighborhood behind. Last night was a big storm that blew our trampoline over into the storage facility property. I called and Chris answered on a Sunday morning. He took time out of his morning with his family, to help me recover the trampoline. I am grateful for him and his family for doing what they did today. And if we need storage in the future, I know what facility I will be using. Thank you!”
