Tractor Supply Co. is a neighborhood rural lifestyle store known for its very good and friendly customer service. The staff are described as very nice, kind, sweet, and helpful, often going out of their way to assist customers. For instance, one store manager spent numerous hours helping to resolve a warranty issue with a mower, personally ensuring it was taken for repair. In another case, an employee provided great recommendations to help an injured pet, helping to calm a customer's nerves. The store is very clean and very well managed. It provides a wide range of products including pet supplies, livestock feed, power equipment, and live traps. However, some customers express concern about the care of chicks in the store's brooders in the springtime, feeling the living animals should be treated a little better. Overall, it is considered the best location by many who plan to return.
couldn't find another way to provide customer feedback. Wanted to acknowledge outstanding customer service by "William" at the Glenpool location. He assisted me with placing an order for an item in limited supply. He was very helpful.

Very nice people. I had to return an item that I bought at a rude Tractor Supply store and I didn't want to go back. On July 5th, the lady was so kind at this location.

Very clean restrooms ? stopped by to get a live trap on the way to Tulsa. Very good customer service. Friendly staff. Very well managed Tractor Supply.
