The entire sales process with Wades was perfect. Honored my trade as promised, finance and warranty team Sara and Andy were perfect, Brandon my internet salesperson was excellent, Dray our technician was thorough and gave us all the time we wanted going through our Newmar. The owner Wade came out the door to greet us as soon as we arrived and stayed with us guiding the entire process. So strange to read negative reviews. This is how the experience should be. We were very happy the Wades RV. Old time personal service. BTW…a human will answer the phone when you call as well as greet you at the door.

Thanks for the sticker that turned the gelcoat yellow on the 5th wheel I just got, thanks for the one beside it that pulled part of graphics off and thanks for the two in the back because it needed more wades stickers.

Beware!! We have just gone through a 3 month nightmare with this service center and management. Our brand new camper was taken there for warranty work. After getting it back from Wade’s, it is pretty much destroyed! These are only a few photos of the damage that occurred while at Wade’s.

Terrible experience,me and my family was taken advantage of,I was sold an rv that wasn’t properly functioning,after I told them I was a first time buyer,now I’m stuck with an unusable rv ,if you can go elsewhere I would greatly recommend it,this place is a scam

Wouldn't recommend, once the papers were signed...basically they are done with you. Put a decent down payment on a van, and they applied it to a 6yr warranty instead of the van itself - maybe it needed it but with <5k miles it seemed excessive. They did not even ask about sales tax, which became a burden on me to come up with even more money to get tags. They setup the US Bank financing & I couldn't even get them to finance in the sales tax. All around shady financing deal with Wade's. Even tried to get someone from the parts dept to help out with some items & ghosted.

The wife and I were just looking around to possibly upgrade from our 2004 Keystone Cougar and ran into Brent. He showed us around and we looked into several different models but ultimately didn't find what we were looking for, however, the professionalism and courtesy extended to us by him were greatly appreciated. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and valued without feeling pressured to buy.

There is a big variety of campers to choose from and Melanie helped me find a good fit. Everyone was friendly.
