Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is nice just poorly managed. Prescriptions are never ready when their system says they will be. Never just a simple transaction like it should be. I pick up 4 prescriptions a month. It is inevitable that every month there will be some sort of run around with one. Fed up with just trying to get my blood pressure medicine. If my piss poor blue cross didn't have me over a barrel I would not be using this pharmacy. Would not recommend.

I have used both the pharmacy on Waco in Glenpool and the one on Memorial in Bixby.I have had excellent service at both locations. I never have to wait an extended amount of time for my prescriptions and every member of the staff has been super friendly and helpful. I would recommend!

Worst pharmacy ever. I transferred prescriptions here and when they filled them, they filled them under my dogs profile that has been dead for 8 years and hasn’t had anything prescribed in that time either. So not only did they fill prescriptions under the wrong patient, that the script wasn’t for or transferred from, they wanted to have an attitude when I was upset about it. It took two days before they fixed it and I could get my medication. They never have routine medications in stock, am told I will have my refills the next day and then it takes a week and a half to get them. They also don’t run things through insurance beforehand so you have to wait on them to do that also. Minimum of 15 minute wait no matter what you’re picking up, weather it be inside or the drive thru. It’s pathetic and I will be transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy. Being short staffed is not an excuse to be rude, hateful and unapologetic for the multiple HIPPA laws that were broke in this process.

They can’t even call to let you know you aren’t getting the right medication on your prescription. You have better luck actually going inside the store. Everything seems to be a HUGE inconvenience even inside the store at this pharmacy by staff. Glad I switched pharmacies, I would NOT send anyone here.

Being short staffed is never a reason to be rude to a sick patient. You had 3 on staff just like you did prior pandemic. I’m sick and needed my meds fill so I choose the drive thru method st 630 and was never welcomed. I went inside and stood in line til 715 to be told they close at 7. When I went to explain I had been in the drive thru and asked if could they please help me since Glenpool Walmart Pharmacy has 9 pm for the closing hours posted online. I was treated like a Karen for asking for some to help me or to please change the hours. I went and asked the csm for the managers name and was denied info and she went on and on about short staff. Let me tell y’all something, Walmart has been working short staffed for years! It’s actually what they have been working towards for a while now. The Pharmacy had the same number of staff as usual, this short staff excuse can only go so far before paying consumers/ patients go else where. They had no regard for my time nor the safety of myself or others.

Slow slow slow. Every time I get stuck going to Walmart pharmacy I spend forever sitting and waiting. Just count the pills and put them in a bottle!!!!

The absolute ideal. I almost had a panic attack going in because of my truly awful experience at the Memorial location. But the pharmacist Pam identified the pricing issue immediately and was able to fix it. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Alexandria rang me up and was exceptionally patient during the entire process. This staff is amazing. They should be cloned so they can run every Walmart pharmacy.
