The Gore, OK Dollar General is one of the poorest stores I have ever been in. While personnel are friendly and helpful, the store is always a constant mess with boxes strewn all over, stuff lying in the aisles, stocking carts that are never put in stock area; but, left blocking aisles and it is generally many carts. Boxes are left in the floor without being placed on the shelves floors often covered in debris. The stock control in the store is terrible with frequently purchased items missing from shelves. Now they plan to add a produce section amongst the filthy surroundings. I will definitely pass on buying produce at this store until management gets their act together.
I have written complaints and sent photos of the mess many times to corporate; but, like the individual stores, they seem not to care and never do anything. The are many well maintained and managed DGs in and around the lake country, this is not one of them.
Frankly, the new Dollar Tree / Family Dollar in Gore outshines the Dollar General in every respect.

This store is Very Nice, it was always clean and nice but now they have redone the inside you can get around better and see down the isles. The girl that was working was very nice to me and she took good care of me. Thank You ! This is the place to go if you need something fast.

I found swim ware for all 5 of my sons & swim wear for my really big husband & they had cooler designs than last year. Plus, Dollar General was not as packed & had their swim ware & summer clothes on the racks outside so that people could shop while keeping their 6 feet apart distance during this covid.I also got really neat jars & canisters for storage. They look nice in my beauty studio. Very chic & on a better budget than Walmart.

They have really gotten better. This was the first time I didn't have to go hunting for what I wanted. The iles were clearly marked. Best Dollar General yet.
