Choctaw Travel Plaza provides the essentials for travel needs. There is always parking. The store and bathrooms are always clean, with restrooms described as exceptionally clean and well-lit. It offers snacks, drinks, refreshments, and good food, including fried catfish, burritos with seasoned eggs, and other prepared foods. Fuel, authentic Choctaw merchandise, a smoke shop, and a casino are available. The showers are noted as clean and reasonably priced. It is a frequent stop for travelers, described as a good last stop before the final leg of a long drive. Staff are noted as very kind and helpful.
Parked the truck for the night. It was nice to see they had police presence. The fuel was so cheap, I had to top off. The bad thing was it is a tourist trap !!! T-shirt on display was thick and $25.00, The one on the hanger they sell you is $35.00 and thin and cheap. Many other scams, keep your eyes open.
