Horrible, whole place is a huge scam. They purposely lie to you so they can charge you more.I went in once to even my account. Negative for one day. My app said approximately 75$ I brought in 100$ and told the lady at the counter I'd like to make my account even.She took it deposited it and sent me on my way. I never got a receipt and since I'd deposited what my app was showing I assumed I didn't need one. The next day I had several late charges. I called and they claimed my account was more Negative than 100$ I asked why my app was reflecting differently and was told it's "delayed" si I asked why the teller didn't inform me of that when I clearly stated that was my purpose. I'd have make it even on the spot but she left me thinking I was over even and let me leave so they could over change. I called and complained and since had a similar issue happen.They want you to pay those fees or someone is taking home $ they shouldn't be. It was the same teller both times. I reported her both times but they still have her working. I cut ties and got a new bank. I can't tell you how much I've spent playing their games.Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere

Locked our accounts so we tried to get it resolved because there was supposedly some missing paper work they didn’t have. (There wasn’t) lady was no help to my wife even though we had told her we had done what we needed to do at the Pryor branch. She just said that they didn’t know what they were doing over there and NEEDED her social security card. We just had a newborn and not able to get her new card with new name yet. Wife called the Pryor branch and they said everything was fine and unlocked our accounts. Based off the other reviews I would say this branch needs some looking into and some customer service training.

These people are like my mother you tell them you want to close your bank and they don’t close it and then you call them up again and they don’t close it all because THEIR BANK SYSTEM IS SLOW & it appears, but it’s not telling the truth about what transactions have gone through and which ones have it I already am aware of $150 going out of my bank yesterday and they refused to close it today so I am here making a complaint so everyone will know about their unjust law performance technology if you are a high-performance person do not bank here The lady I talked to was named Lily but since Arvest is so silly they couldn’t close my account so newbies be aware¡!

Need to be open till 5 pm Monday through Friday and You need to be open on all Arvest Bank locations on Saturdays to comidate those that can't make it through the week . Do to work.Not everyone has banker hours. This is why the 3 stars . Customer service is great and friendly. The hours are not . Needs improvement!

We didn’t have to go far when looking for the best bank around. Arvest in Grove has some of the best customer service hands down. Keep up the great work.

I was looking to set up a account with Arvest Bank because I had a good experience with a them at different location. They were very rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me 30 minutes before they closed. I walked out.

SLOW SLOW SLOW NEED TO TAKE LESSONS FROM ANY OTHER BRANCH. IF I HAD TO USE THIS BRANCH EVERY TIME I WOULDN'T. SORRY GROVE AWFUL TIME MANAGEMENT
