The best of the best! I recently needed a loan and the service I received was spectacular. Angie and Susan were so patient and kind with me even though I had no idea what I was doing. Every time I go into the lobby, all the staff is so friendly. I definitely recommend this bank to anyone looking for one. An easy 5 stars.

Had a friend try to put money in my account for me and they wouldn’t let her, apparently I have to be there for them to put it in., that’s so ridiculous.

Employees are incompetent. They will tell you themselves that they don’t know how to anything beyond cashing a check or withdrawing money. If you respect yourself and the money you earn, go to a bank that employs trained, competent professionals — not here.

Customer service has definitely taken a turn for the worse with changes in clerks in recent months. This has been noticeable in just the overall tone of the staff which has gone from kind, smiling, and helpful to cold, scolding, and doubtful. After today, I will be taking my business to a different bank where customer service is a core value of the establishment.A Message to Senior Leadership:In all of my dealings with you and even stories I have heard consistently from friends and relatives, you do a tremendous job exemplifying how a bank should feel and operate. I suggest taking a closer look at your direct reports to see if they conduct themselves similarly.

All the traditional banking products you'd expect in a community bank, but with "big bank" technology. Nice to have a place that offers the hometown feel and service along with great technology! Plenty of friendly staff that keeps wait times next to zero even when all drive thru lanes are full! Very friendly tellers that make conducting your business a pleasant experience!

Staff was unable to answer basic questions I had. When I asked for a written document explaining the differences between various options I was considering, I was told that no such documents exist. Why roll the dice with a bank that is unable to clearly explain its policies to you? Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Bank is closed at 4pm when hours are posted as 5:30 on the door. The website and in their answering machine. Can never get through to a human being during business hours. Always transfer after transfer then to a voicemail that is never returned. Completely unprofessional!

Excellent place in Grove, Oklahoma to bank at. Usually pretty fast at drive thru even with a line full of cars. Nice friendly staff. Very well kept place. Plenty of parking. Great location for entering and leaving without hassle of traffic.
