“I had gone to a big box store in town to see if they could help me out on a problem that we had and it was almost impossible to get help. Once I did they sent me to an aisle to look for my solution and I could not find anything so I decided to seek help from a local establishment. I remembered Rogers lumber company had helped us before on another problem we had and I decided to stop there for this problem. They immediately started licking in a book that they had and found something that might work and they ordered it for me and said that if it didn't fit up to what I was looking for that I can bring it back and no charge and they would work with me to find another solution. I find this kind of customer service to be unfounded in today's atmosphere and I will remember this for when I have other problems that need to be solved. I will be a returned customer again.”
