I travel and use Caseys alot in small towns. This is the WORST Caseys I've ever been in. Store was very dirty. 3 or 4 ladies out smoking at one time while one cashier had 12 people in line. They all came in at once, got behind the counter. Beverage area filthy.
Man, they need a better management.

Managers sit on their . with their backs turned to customers every. morning. All while 1 cashier checks everyone out. I should not have to add 15 minutes to my commute bc of poor management.

I give Casey’s a lot of business so when I go inside the workers never speak to me they make me feel like I’m putting them out to ring me up or if I ask a question. On several occasions I drove all the way there and they were closed. Found of there was not enough employees and would close at 11 pm for a week. So next time I go to get smokes rushed all way there to make it by 11 and got there and closed at 10:45. Wow

Counted 9 people in line while 1 employee worked the register and the other sat in the office. The POS system is ridiculously slow, too.

A very clean store for being as busy as they constantly are. Patient and knowledgeable staff getting their pizza, donuts and cookies right. They run out of gas, a lot.
