If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst phone company I have ever used. My bill gets paid automatically on the second of every month. It was paid Dec 2nd. We upgraded a line and never received the phones so it was reported as fraud through out bank, and we still have not received that refund. Today is the 24th of December and my line are shut off. They said they are shut off because of the refund on the phone purchase, which has absolutely nothing to due with the bill. They will not restore my account until we pay an extra $126. They have stole $220 from us and will be reported to the BBB and a lawyer will be contacted. I would advise nobody to waste your money with this company.

The store isn’t open when it’s supposed to be and there is no note on the door or anything I was going over there to pay my bill because I’d rather pay in person due to only having cash and I feel like all the good reviews I see are fake cause I am not satisfied at all and who ever runs the grove store needs talked to or something

Need works that will explain and help more with questions and setup. Upgraded my plan to include hot spot. Where the heck is do I find the password for it. They expect you just to know and get upset if you ask them questions. About to switch back to another carrier that will help and can answer questions! Hate when staff are bothered by customers!
