Judith Manley is an excellent tax advisor. She was very patient and provided great advice on how to prepare for the next tax year. I am totally satisfied with my tax returns. I was able to make an appointment easily and my return was completed quickly. Jackson Hewitt Tax Advisors provided excellent service.

I give it a 5 not because I got treated badly, everyone was very nice and extremely helpful at main office but because off all fees that come together, the cost is very high almost 800$ for all the fees

The Jackson Hewitt Tax Service office on Main Street in Grove, Oklahoma did an excellent job in a timely manner. Last year I used a well known accountant in town who had my paperwork for 4 months before deciding they couldn't do my taxes. Took them to another accountant who lost my paper work but finally found it and took 3 months to complete my forms. This year, the Jackson Hewitt office had them all done in about 4 hours from the time I brought them in. I'm so grateful for their knowledgeable service!

Cost was ridiculous over 400 dollars as I have used you guys past 7 years. Highest I have ever paid. Cost not discussed in beginning. Recent advertisement 79 to 149 to use facility. What friend shared with me after I disclosed cost as they were going to use you but not now, knowing cost for easy, simple file and for long term client. Will no longer use. Friend used HR for less than 3rd of cost I paid yesterday.
