This was our third windshield Novus has replaced for us. The first two went just fine. This third one was different. We did get a resolution for a poor installation in the end. But it wasn't a smooth process, and they were rude when we picked up the fixed car. We originally got the car back with the washer line disconnected, a piece of trim broken, and the windshield had a film residue on it that made it difficult to see when it rained. When we took the car back, Novus replaced the broken trim, cleaned the residue, and repaired the washer fluid line. When we picked up the car, nothing was said. They just handed us the keys.

I had a small chip in my windshield and now I don't. $70 and 30 minutes. Looks fantastic.

Friendly staff started working my windshield as soon as I got there was in and out within a hour. The lady at the front desk is very friendly I was going to sit outside because I just picked my dog up from the groomer she told me I could sit inside with my dog. The young man that installed my window was friendly and answered all my questions very pleased with the results would highly recommend

Just got a rock chip fixed in my 2 month old cage. Man you just barely can see it and I had to look to find it. Expert repair cost me 70$ and was way cheaper than calling insurance and filing a claim. Thank u Novus for the fix as replacing windshield requires radar realignment because it has all that safety junk in it now.Again Thank U much
