Horrible service! Dropped off two UPS packages on Amazon return labels. Lady said UPS scans at time of pick up. Did not happen. No tracking information. So now packages appear lost. Never again using Bandit for what should have been simple drop off and pick up.

Great Experience! I walked in, knowing absolutely NOTHING as to where to put all of the stickers on the 3 packages I was needing to return. One was FedEx, one was UPS, I'm not sure about the third. The Girl at the counter was a LIFE-SAVER! Helping me with every step. And she was so sweet about it. She gained a customer for LIFE...

I’ve been to post net twice in the last month, only to find the doors locked when they’re supposed to open. They regularly leave early when their hours state they are open. A few weeks ago, they were closed at 2:30, when they say they close at 3. Yesterday, at 2:50, the doors were locked and lights were out. Whoever works there slipped out the back in her red suv and took off with 2 customers puzzled at the front door. Prices are through the roof, it’s an absolute shame this is a Groves only option.

They are always friendly and take care of any packages that I ship out. They take all sizes - They are great! Walgreens says that they take FedEx but they only take envelopes! Horrible!!
