This is the most awful service i have ever had!!!!! been without internet for three weeks and they tell me I need to pay a bill before they can help me and my balance is 0

This is the worst service every, called in serval times a month for no internet service. Nothing done. Cancelled and mailed box back so now their trying to charge me for a month I didn't use. Run people run. Terrible company.

Terrible service. It was easy to set up an appointment to get tv and internet, but only the internet works. They sent 2 technician out and neither one could get this to work. Im hoping to get my money back and switch services
