My family and I are visiting from out of state and stopped in hoping to get a cute gift to bring home but I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the door if I knew how this establishment was ran. If you are a person of color, I would NOT recommend that you visit this store. When I walked in, I was not greeted by (who I’m assuming is) the manager behind the counter. Although I felt this was odd, I carried on looking through the store. When I got to the counter I had a question and decided to say hi before asking my question, but the woman behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence AT ALL. I was standing right in front of her and she did not even look up. My family and I are aware that people who look like us typically do not reside in this town but to treated so unprofessionally by an establishment is bordering inhumanity. Once again, if you are a person of color, please don’t waste your time- they’re not looking for business from us

We were unhappy with a bouquet we received recently, and she replaced the order bigger and better than the first one at no charge. They are lovely and we are very pleased.

Thank you Rusty Willow for messaging me and wanting to make everything right! The gentleman that I spoke with was very polite and explained what probably happened with my flowers wanting to wilt so quickly, he sent me a new bouquet the same day. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to The Rusty Willow for their exceptional service during an incredibly challenging time. They went above and beyond to deliver a breathtaking floral arrangement for my aunt's funeral, and their dedication left me in awe. I realized at 6 AM that ordering flowers was now fell to me and placed an order with The Rusty Willow the morning of the funeral, realizing it was asking a lot to have an arrangement made and delivered 25 miles away in another town within 4 hours. You can imagine how delighted I was to find this beautiful spray of flowers next to the casket when I arrived from out of state at 10 that morning. The Rusty Willow demonstrated incredible professionalism, skill, and empathy. They turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming memory. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of not only stunning floral arrangements but also reliable and compassionate florists. Many thanks to the Rusty Willow for your exceptional service and for helping us pay a beautiful tribute to my beloved aunt. You truly deserve all five stars and more.

My mother recently ordered flowers in memory of her dear friend, and we both were very pleased. She understood what my mother wanted (from their phone conversation) and put together the most beautiful arrangement. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Kim's shop for all of my floral needs for years . They are always promt and polite. It almost felt like they treated me like family. Through good times and bad, they have always handled my flower and gift needs.

Best florist in town. Their designer's work is fabulous as is their customer service. I will ALWAYS use Rusty Willow for my floral needs. They also have wonderful gift options in the shop so if flowers and or/plants are not your need, you will find many other gift options available.also, their Christmas event is out of this world. Do not miss it!!
